- This is a historic 3/2 with a back patio and a screened in, outdoor cooking and dining area. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is also very walkable. It is less than a mile from many restaurants, a Publix and a Starbucks. This house is close to many central Florida attractions: Disney - 39 miles, Legoland - 20 miles, Downtown Orlando - 50 miles. It is about an hour and a half from some of the best beaches in Florida, including Clearwater and St. Pete
