"We had a fabulous time at this property! The location is perfect - it's tucked back in the woods, so you feel secluded. There's a great view of Pinnacle Knob from the spacious front porch. But, it's also only a few minutes to downtown Clayton if you're also looking for restaurants and boutique shopping. The home was very clean and well-appointed! We couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely return to this property when in need of a quiet, comfortable getaway."

"We traveled to the beautiful home from just outside of Charlotte. We originally had planned an additional change but when something came up with our son’s schedule the hosts were flexible and helped make our stay work. The house was clean, perfect size for everyone to hang out and have fun together or have privacy in their own space. There were plenty of toys with a covered porch, swings and a fire pit. Cooked dinner, then used fire pit and hot tub for a relaxing evening. Coffee next morning, quite serine, overlooking the lake. Cooked breakfast in the accommodating kitchen and headed to Brasstown Bald and High Shoals Falls for our hikes. Used grill for dinner prep and played fuseball and pool afterwards with the kids. It is a beautiful family home in a great private neighborhood with the added benefit of the river! "The property was as advertised- a tiny home. Our first experience staying in one. It was clean, easy to find. The only negative was it faces west. In afternoon it was very warm outside and we didn't have many options to sit inside. While we were out that time of day, it was fine. The owners were friendly, recommending activites and places to eat. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Really loved exploring the area. The bed was comfy, A/C worked great. "We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We were just staying for one night so we didn’t use the kitchen but the house was very well-stocked. We couldn’t figure out the tv but we didn’t try very hard. We found games and had way more fun. I like my bedroom dark. When we pulled the curtains on the bedroom windows, I couldn’t see my hand in front of my face. The sleep number bed was nice, too. I would highly recommend this place. Very nice and quiet."
