We are purchasing our retirement home here...we love the quaint downtown and proximity to the lake. This is the place to come for water activities and proximity to vineyards and farms. The Yard and Juicy's are two of our favorite spots.
The lake is very shallow, so it is not a “clear” lake.
Not much going on. A couple of shops, restaurants, and lots of For Sale signs. Safeway was the highlight.
Plenty of shopping options there for a mountain lake town.
