"We absolutely loved our stay at Ziggy’s Hideaway! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The cabin is beautifully decorated—cozy, clean, and full of “bear” charm—and the surrounding property is simply stunning. It was the perfect peaceful escape surrounded by the tall pines. We loved being able to sit on the porch to relax. We saw so many beautiful birds, some wild horses, and even a bear across the road behind the barbed-wire fence on the reservation!One of the biggest highlights for us was how pet-friendly the cabin is. It meant so much to be able to bring our 2 fur babies along and know they were just as welcome as we were. Honestly, I don't think that they wanted to leave either!The hosts went above and beyond with their thoughtful touches and communication. They kept us updated on road conditions before our arrival & when it was time to check out, which was incredibly helpful, and the cabin itself was stocked with an adorable beverage and snacks station, as well as all the dishes you need, and that made us feel right at home.We’re already dreaming about our next visit to Ziggy’s Hideaway, and we’ll definitely be back to this specific cabin the next time we need a getaway! This was a true 5 star experience!!!"

"What a gem!! So incredibly happy to have found this place and we were so lucky to have it all to ourselves for 2 evenings as well. We came in for the weekend to leave Monday although ended up staying another evening. The lake view is perfect, the cottage was divine and quite large for $$. We enjoyed the kitchen as we at there most of the time since we were right on the water and again all alone, why leave. We met Chuck the owner, what a wonderful man. If you both have the time, sit for a chat he has some Fabulous stories. He is currently updating this fall the outside and some inside, going to look amazing. There are tons of activities as well, boats, PB, kayaks, just a wonderful place to enjoy and the Storks oh love those guys all day!! "

"I took my 2 adult daughters and adult granddaughter for 4 days of quiet and a fun time. This house had everything you would possibly need for your stay. Nicely furnished, very clean and quiet. Eveything worked properly, instructions arrived in a timely manner. No problems whatsoever. The natural beauty of the back yard was very pleasant.We would definitely stay here again.Rebecca"

"This property was beautiful, tranquil, and we loved our stay on the lake. The home is large and the beds and sheets are really comfortable. Jose, the handyman was very responsive and kind, and our doggies loved hanging out on the large covered patio. There are grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. The community is gated with lovely homes and welcoming neighbors provided guests are not noisy. I would have given 5 stars for everything except for a few things of which I spoke to the property manager who was responsive after a few attempts to reach her. Despite the manager saying the bathroom toilet in the primary bedroom had been fixed, it was very slow and intermittently had to be flushed twice. The 2 grills and the oven where dirty and we didn't use the grills at all. There were very few towels and washclothes which were provided after we asked. The TV offers very few channels and the internet is quite slow (we were told it's slow in many locations in Pinetop-Lakeside.) We did not have access to the large garage and there was 1 inch hail The kayaks could use some ropes to attach to the dock.Still we enjoyed our stay immensely and the manager suggested she would address these few issues. "We arrived in town around noon and were hoping we could check-in early. The lady behind the desk was happy to help & she did! Very clean hotel and room. We go to Pinetop every year and will return to this hotel every time moving forward."
