Away from the busy summer traffic, this recently remodeled home is located on the east side of Bear Lake. Take a short drive to Rendezvous Beach for mellow days on the sand and in the surf. Nearby, you'll also find a few golf courses, so fans of the sport should be sure to pack their clubs. Venture a bit further and you'll reach Garden City. While there, go for a scenic stroll on one of the trails, go fishing at Garden City Pond, or sample the delicious restaurants there before heading back.

Once you arrive, open the door to a light, airy interior with a welcoming ambience, updated floors, and comfortable furniture beckoning you to relax. Then again, if you still have the energy to burn, the grassy yard outside, complete with a swingset and yard games, is perfect for more outdoor fun. Guests of this home will also enjoy seclusion with private beach access, giving you the opportunity to go for refreshing dips in the water whenever you please. There is even boat launch access just over one mile away at First Point Boat Ramp, which boatowners will surely appreciate. When the group is hungry, there is plenty of room in the kitchen area with several dining areas and extra chairs for large gatherings. When it's time to settle down for the night, pick one of the many bedrooms for a serene night's rest. One of the upstairs bathrooms was recently remodeled with a new shower and sink, giving everyone even more privacy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
