Away from the busy summer traffic, this charming and bright home is located on the east side of Bear Lake, and guests of this home will enjoy seclusion with private beach access. During your stay, enjoy the beautiful outdoor view and take advantage of the portable outdoor firepit outside.

The nearest boat launch access is just over one mile away at First Point Boat Ramp. Garden City is conveniently located just minutes away from this home, where you will find restaurants, shopping, recreation rentals, and more!

This is a nice property, but low water made it a hike to get to the lake.
The kitchen is well stocked. It needs a new outdoor grill, a new hand-towel rack in the 1st bathroom, and the vacuum cleaner fixed. Also I would suggest, a medium frying pan. Also the universal remote would not bring up any selection to put in our Netflix or other selections. Plus in looking for the remote, I can tell you the cleaning staff needs to do a better job under beds and behind plus inside couches.

Wonderful Beach House!
My family stayed for a getaway and loved It! So close to the lake which was great for the kids. The kids could play in the sand or swim and kayak. My only issue was that the house wasn’t as clean as we were expecting and a few things needed fixed. But they were responsive and came right over to help us out. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and are already planning our next visit!

Perfect.
Excellent place. Able to launch boat on property. Beautiful sunsets every night. Slight problem with bathroom door, but bought some screws and fixed it. No tv which forced us to play games with family all night.

The pictures don't really do this place justice. It is very big! It was super clean and simply decorated (so I didn't have to worry about anything getting broken). The location is awesome and you are RIGHT next to a boat ramp. Highly recommend.
