"This hotel has seen better days. It’s in need of renovation. My room was missing furniture, which I thought was odd. What can I say? The place depressed me. Staff were really good though. They need a nicer place to work."

"The room we had was suppose to be handicap and it was not. You could not get in the shower because it had a raised bathtub. There was roaches and ants in the room that we had to take care of ourselves. They never came to the room to get dirty towels or give us clean towels. They did not notify people that the pool was not in service and my kids was really upset so I had to deal with that. The cereal dispenser was not in working condition and most places have fruit and little muffins or cookies for there guests in the evening. I know now to ask about the pools and evening snacks, for the money I spent on the room they should have something for the guests."

"I will be honest this place is run-down. The room was clean but the base boards were filthy and you can tell the room was at a time smoking but because non smoking. The breakfast was very minimal. It was just a waffle maker, some cereal and coffee. The staff was excellent very straightforward. Check in and check out was easy and smooth."

"Our room was clean and well laid out. Nice view of the gardens. The staff was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Our stay came with the breakfast and it was amazing and lots to choose from. Had a casual dinner there and we had 3 college students with us and they enjoyed it as well. We used the valet parking which helped a lot and you could come and go as you pleased."

"Everything was good till about 1030pm/11pm. Water started coming up out sink and bath tub. No one in our room was even up it started on its own left dirt in the sink and the sink filled half way with water. It sounded like a washe running in our room. I told staff and was just met with thanks. It was over $300 for the stay for water backing up in our sink. Otherwise hotel was nice hot tub was hot."

"MY HOST WAS VERY PERSONABLE & QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY TEXT QUESTIONS!! MY STUDIO APT./CONDO WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN & WELL APPOINTED. VERY COMFORTABLE LIVING CONDITIONS. BED SUPER COMFORTABLE- SHOWER & SHAMPOO ITEMS WERE " TOP SHELF" QUALITY !! W/IN WALKING DISTANCE TO OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY! AIR CONDITION & OVERHEAD FAN WORKED PERFECTLY & WERE TURNED ON BEFORE I ARRIVED- APT. WAS VERY QUIET FOR A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP - ** THE SUGGESTION I WOULD MAKE WOULD BE A THOROUGH STEAM CLEANING OF THE STAIR WELLS & THE HALLWAY SIDEWALKS LEADING UP TO THE ROOMS, **AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH- THERE WAS TRASH IN THE STAIRWELL, LEAVES LEFTOVER FROM THE FALL SEASON IN THE WALKWAY CORNERS & STAINS FROM FOOTPATH MARKS & SPILLED DRINKS ON THE WALKWAYS. IF THERE IS A MONTHLY HOA FEE CHARGED TO EACH UNIT OWNER... THE HOA IS NOT!! DOING A GOOD JOB AT ALL ON ROUTINE BUILDING MAINTENANCE. THE OUTSIDE CLEANLINESS BRINGS DOWN THE OVERALL AESTHETIC VALUE OF THE PREMISE... MY OVERALL STAY WAS A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE !!"
