"It was clean. Very aged building and very unmatched furniture. No phone in the room. Not what I expected from an Expedia supported property. The TV only carried basic TV so only very few local channels and no national news channels that I could find. Some choices just came up “unavailable “. The TV was so large it took up most of the wall. I could not read the room #on the key fob and had to go back to tell me the room number again. "
"They refused to accept the reservation I made with Expedia for $445.40 and charged me $480.10. They said I should seek a refund from Expedia and that Expedia miscalculated their fees and taxes.
Please do not pay them any of my Expedia credits and reimburse me $34.70."
