Lakeville Lodge is pet-friendly with a case-by-case basis for well-behaved dogs, subject to an additional fee. The property accommodates up to 10 overnight guests and 15 total day guests, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Parking is available for up to 7 cars, and we maintain a serene environment with outdoor noise monitors.

Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

My brother wanted a semi remote location for his bachelor party because he was looking for a low key place for his groomsmen and friends to just relax for a long weekend. This house had everything you could ask for. From the Sonos sound system, to the fireplace with a large supply of firewood, to the cabinets stocked with coffee, there was nothing that we felt like we were missing on our stay for a long weekend. The host communication was excellent as well.

We loved the house - the kids (and adults) enjoyed the hot tub, basketball court and the arcade games to keep them entertained when not at the lake. The house is well stocked, clean and comfortable beds - would highly recommend!

I was initially a little nervous since this is the first time I have booked the vacation where we are staying in a private home setting than a hotel. Charles made the whole process so smooth by providing each and every detail and walking us through it prior to and during the stay. He was easily reachable for any inquiry we had. The home was immaculate and clean and had all the amenities which require during the stay. We have completely enjoyed the stay and will love to come back again!!

Home away from home

This house was just perfect for our three families. The house is clean! The bedrooms are big. It has plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen was so well stocked. It was like being at home. The owner provides you with a guest book with an abundance of information and was so pleasant with which to work.

Well functioning home

We were a group of 8 adults and four children and were very comfortable in this house. Spacious with a good lay out. Very well stocked, had everything we needed. Sonos system, hot tub, and extra large bath towels were a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend.
