"The room was very clean, no odor, bed and pillows were comfy. Staff were accommodating and kind. The bistro/restaurant has AMAZING food. I mean really, really tasty food. Honestly, I have NO idea why people would complain about this hotel. It is a historic hotel and almost 200 years old. I think you'd have to be a half-brained nitwit to expect it to be modern looking inside. As for the ghosts....I didn't get to see or hear any while we visited. I stayed in Rm 207. I would definitely stay here again."

"The first room we checked into , i set my purse down by the tv and a cockroach came out from behind it. I caught it in a tissue and brought to front desk. He switched us to another room which appeared to be clean. No other issues after that."
