"Very nice hotel. Staff was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable. Had an issue with shower leaking water but they came immediately to fix the issue once we notified the front desk. Enjoyed the beach club. Only negatives were the high price of the resort fee which felt unnecessary for the “extras” it is supposed to be covering and the parking fee. There absolutely should not be a fee to park in addition to a daily resort charge. "

Your team consistently demonstrates warmth, friendliness, and engagement, and all seem to recognize the importance of their role in your brand. My second stay did not disappoint. "What a great stay on Siesta key. Right down the street from stores and restaurants. Resort is so convenient to the beach and has great amenities like beach chairs, cooler and access to beach wagon. The only thing they don’t have is a beach umbrella so bring one or be prepared to purchase one at one of the beach stores cause there is no place to rent one. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back. "
