"I stayed in Room 3208. I felt great thanks to the male staff who cleaned the room so thoroughly from the first day of my stay. If you can find it, please give me a compliment. Also, the pop welcomed us very warmly in the lobby when we arrived. It moved our luggage safely, and we met again when we accidentally asked for a buggy to go to the Olive Restaurant. It felt great to remember us at this time. And when we left, they watched us through the whole process while waiting for the taxi in the lobby after checking-out and even accompanied us with a safe ride in the taxi. Everything about Jw marriott was great, but especially thanks to the smile of all the staff, the comfortable wrap and decap, and especially the more memorable pop, I'm heading home with a good impression of Thailand. I'm currently preparing to leave Phuket Airport, and I'd really appreciate it if you could compliment both of them."

Our expectations were far exceeded by the location, the wonderful staff, comfortable accommodation, and the surrounding nature, not to mention, the resorts location on the beautiful beach. Most outstanding, was the friendliness, courteousy and attention to every little detail. that the staff gave. We love them all from Sali to Khim and everyone else. "Overall it is pretty good! I travelled with my elderly mom and the staff is really helpful. The only suggestion is the repellent. I have got so many mosquitoes bite! "
