"Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast and great location for the ferry. However, the room was advertised as 33 metres but was more like 18 metres. They must be including the outdoor patio area which is completely misleading to guests. The room was tiny with no desk or chair, and nowhere to put your suitcase. Also, during my 3-night stay, we had no water 3-4 times and had to wait 1-1.5 hours for it to be fixed. This is disappointing and not good enough for when your time is limited to go...

"The Tree Tops restaurant was so overrated and overpriced. I have never been so bored having a meal spread out over 2 hours 20 minutes. The hotel is not friendly for elderly or disabled clients. There are so many trip hazards getting into your room or moving around the onsite restaurants."

"This resort is wonderful! The food is absolutely fabulous. We were there for four nights in off-season and it was quiet and romantic. This is not a party type place-at least when we were there. The staff is so warm and friendly and always smile. They had a party by the pool with great snacks and free drinks and very comfortable atmosphere. I would come back here.
