"Stayed 10 nights. Arrived Wednesday and the room was cleaned Friday, that was the ONLY time during our stay. I stopped by the front desk twice to pick up clean towels and mentioned our room hadn’t been cleaned, another time I asked housekeeping for clean towels and told them our room hadn’t been cleaned, I also called the front desk and asked for clean towels and told them housekeeping was not cleaning the room. No one seemed to care. Our room was a suite with 2 queen beds and it was spacious, the floor was vinyl planks which is always a plus, unfortunately I don’t believe it was cleaned regularly, I spilled some coffee and used a white wash cloth to clean it up and the dirt it picked up was shocking! The location is pretty good with a service station across the road and plenty of food options within walking distance, the laundry is one washer and one dryer, we didn’t have the breakfast but we did have to evacuate one morning when the fire alarm was set off by the kitchen cooking bacon, another guest said it happens weekly. For the price I would think they should offer better service. "
