"This was one of our favorite hotels of all time! The housekeeping was pristine, the breakfast was amazing, the property was gorgeous, and the location worked great. Location was very easy to get to the Blackfriar stop and a pleasant, relaxed place to hang around by the river. Great pub right nearby. The staff especially were truly kind, both the front desk and the restaurant. The restaurant went and got some plain toast for us after closing when our child had some stomach issues. Just the...

"Lighting system in room is over engineered, shower and toilet door system is stupid design, breakfast area and system needs to be better managed. Hotel in general is good, quiet and clean. Would stay again"

"Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."
