"The room was clean. They gave new towels when asked they were brought to our room. Breakfast included alot of bread, eggs, instant oatmeal, bacon etc. I enjoyed it. We were there for the 7pm wine, cheese, crackers etc.. that was nice. I got all the coffee and hot chocolate I wanted. I really enjoyed staying here and it's close to the train station and sights. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was pleasant."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. It was super convenient, close to the train, buses and attractions. The breakfast was great too, lots of choices for everyone. My only negative was the lack of communication by the staff about an issue with our room I called during the day to have someone fix the drain in the shower because the water was backing up. Someone from the front desk said they would call maintenance but no one ever came. When we got back later that night and tried to take a shower the water overflowed. I made multiple calls to the front desk and had to repeat my story to different people. The next day, the manager was very apologetic and offered to move our room. Also, I mentioned the AC unit and fan were not functioning because I was so hot at night. Our second room was much better. I am pleased that everything was addressed and the remainder of our stay was uneventful. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"We loved this place. Great location. Interesting cultural mix in the area. Good restaurants. Easy walking to the National, the Globe, the Tate, restaurants.... all things good on the South Bank. The hotel was quirky and comfortable and fun. We tried to come back the next night due to a cancelled flight, but couldn't get a room! Wonderful place."
