"J'ai logé 4 nuits à la Grange aux Mille Feuilles pour une mission de travail à Castres, et je me sentais plutôt en vacances! Le cadre vert et calme était reposant en fin de journée. La maison étant bien située, j'ai pu prendre la navette qui passe juste devant la maison pour aller à mes réunions, mais les restaurants et musées du centre ville étaient à quelques minutes à pied. "I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."
