"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. Und auf der oberen Etage, wo 4 Betten drin waren, gab es vermutlich Einschusslöcher im Fenster. Außenbeleuchtung war defekt. Am nächsten...

"Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, zwar an einer Hauptstraße aber mit lärmdichten Fenstern. Man ist in 30 Minuten am Park & Ride in Wien, wo wir fast täglich waren.Das Haus verfügt über einen Carport und einen schönen Garten mit alten Obstbäumen. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren alle bequem, die sanitären Einrichtungen neu. Die technischen Geräte waren alle hochwertig und mit zwei Wohnzimmern ist das Haus...

"The hostel is located very close to U bahn. It was easy to reach the city center and all touristic destinations. Towels and bed sheets however smells very bad and replacements were pretty much the same. Last day the boiler providing hot water for showers and central heating was not working. The contact number provided was unreachable I dont recommed this place to stay for long accommodations"

"BUCHT DIESE UNTERKUNFT NICHT!!! Wir hatten bis ein paar Tage vor der Anreise keine Information zum check-in erhalten. Der Gastgeber hat weder auf Nachrichten reagiert, noch Anrufe entgegen genommen. Da ging sofort die Mailbox ran. Letztendlich standen wir in Wien vor verschlossener Tür. Auch Fewo-direkt konnte keinen Kontakt herstellen nachdem wir um Hilfe gebeten haben. Wir haben uns dann eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen. Angeblich erstattet Fewo-direkt uns das. Wie die Unterkunft von innen...
