No access to ranch outside the houseyard. We require that you enter pastures only when accompanied by a representative of our ranch. No exceptions.
We will consider request for larger groups (events or parties) on a case by case basis, based on the time of year and size of group.
There is a $20 per night per pet fee. Your dog is not allowed on the furniture or on or in beds. Please pick up after your dog in our houseyard.

Perfect

Awesome place surrounded by crops yet real close to town. Well stocked, air conditioner, water works grea, comfy beds, lots towels, well stocked kitchen, my phones wi fi worked fine. Sat in the porch swing and watched the Amish trot by in their horse/carriage. Highly recommend.
