BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS

(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

This 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath Lakefront home offers plenty of quality and spacious living and is conveniently located right on the edge of Table Rock Lake in Lampe. You can walk to the water's edge in less than 30 Seconds! Prepare to prop up your feet, listen to the birds, roast some marshmallows over the gas firepit, hear the white Bass jumping, or relax in the brand new Hot Springs hot tub! There is also a community boat ramp and swimming area just a short drive or even walking distance where you can play, swim, lounge, and enjoy the beautiful, serene Table Rock Lake. Better yet, bring your fishing gear and try your luck at a 5 or 10-pound big mouth bass right from the shoreline. If you want more adventure just head down the road 5-10 minutes to Baxter Boat dock and rent a boat and pull your kids on a tube or rent a slip if you decide to bring your own boat. On Table Rock Lake, there is so much to do including great fishing, boating, cliff Jumping, parasailing, diving, kayaking, canoeing, and tons of water sports! PLUS, you have access to all of the amenities at Chalets on Table Rock Lake Resort just across the lake (20 min drive!) which includes: Two luxury Pools, Waterslide, Kids Splash pad, professional Mini golf course, Sand Volleyball, Basketball, Tree House, Bocce ball, Horseshoe pit, Outdoor hot tubs, outdoor firepits with Free firewood, Paddle Boats, Kayaks, canoes and more!

The home is designed especially for you and your family's seclusion, relaxation, and vacationing needs. As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with a wood stove and a wall of windows. You can gather by the fire pit at night and roast marshmallows, enjoy a barbecue dinner on the large outdoor dining set, or just sit back and relax and listen to nature. The kids will enjoy their favorite shows in the professional movie theatre or a game of pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with quality custom cabinets, a serpentine stainless steel kitchen sink, granite countertops, and stainless-steel professional appliances! The kitchen table is made from an old reclaimed covered bridge with seating for 6.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress, flatscreen TV, and a luxury master bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, cozy bedding, and a flatscreen TV. Guest Bedroom #3 is downstairs furnished with a cactus wood queen size bed and nightstands, a comfy mattress, and luxury bedding. The 4th (Loft) bedroom downstairs features three custom twin size beds which are awesome for the kids. It also has two twin trundles for a little extra room.

Cabin was nice for the 7 of us. Internet was not good at all. You’ll need to bring your own coffee, and cooking necessities. Flour sugar butter, cooking oil or spray, spices. Loved using the canoe, laundry, movie room, game table.

Perfect house for our stay!

My husband and I brought one other couple to Lampe for a weekend Christmas retreat. This house was absolutely perfect! It was warm and inviting & the Christmas decorations made it feel homey. The check in/out processes were easy and clear. Communication with the owners was made easy but not needed because everything at the house was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

It was a unique and delightful house to share fun with friends. But a couple small things, The house was very far from anything, so we had to drive a ways to do things, also it was dark when we arrived (5pm check in) it was after 5 and it was hard to find even with GPS and the help number given with entry code went to an insurance agent and was not answered so we could get help.

October Branson Trip

The house was amazing just as the pictures showed! We will definitely rent again. The only thing was the projector wouldn’t work, but that was the only thing. The parking was very limited as we had three vehicles so it was tight but all worked out. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your VRBO. Our trip was perfect.

Man what a great experience with this property and the owners. We had a slight bump in the road at the house that we didn’t even think needed remedying, but the owner Steve went above and beyond to make our stay awesome! I can’t say enough about these guys. They own several properties in the Branson area, I will be back for more! They truly anticipated everything we could want. Thanks for a great time!

We enjoyed our stay and place was overall very nice. Kitchen area is very tight and sink in kitchen and master bath look neat, but are very inconvenient to use!! Also short on wash clothes and dish towels/rags. Path to lake is not maintained and had poison ivy. But again, manageable problems and enjoyed our stay!

Great vacation!

The house is beautiful. My family had a wonderful time exploring the area but even more fun just hanging out, playing pool, enjoying the hot tub, and looking at the beautiful Christmas tree that was lit when we walked in. Everything was fantastic! But if you're on the shorter side like me, don't plan to cook or clean in the kitchen. The sink is tall and so oddly shaped that you really can't wash anything. It was really bizarre given how awesome the rest of the house is, but our stay was great! Super spacious house for our family of six and a fantastic media room for movies! They warned me about winding roads and no lights if traveling at night, and they were not kidding. It's like a roller coaster, but we just allowed extra time for each of our adventures.

Beautiful home

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, had plenty of household items (towels, kitchen supplies, soaps, laundry items, blankets) Home was clean, beds where comfortable, and the family loved the movie theater. Offers plenty of space and things to do, even enjoyed the canoe one day. We choose this location because it was close to places we were going. I always try and give advice as to what might could improve, that being said I also agree the sink in the kitchen is beautiful but its hard to use. Its very tall and there is no step up, its smaller (not as wide) then expected so water splashes a lot so be careful what you set up there. I think the lower deck with the hot tub needs chairs, it would be nice to get out of the hot tub and sit around and dry off a bit. The only parking available is the concrete you see, was able to park an SUV and van, offers no more space then that. Which was fine for us. Other than those things above that are just improvements ideas our stay was perfect.

Fun Family Time

Overall, great house. Some things need attention though. Front steps need repair. Some light switches need attention. Picnic table needs repair. The short pool cue was missing its tip, we made necessary repairs since you definitely need it to be able to play. The fan/vent in main bathroom didn't work. Would have been helpful to have instructions on the following: door lock & unlock, pellet stove, tv remotes. There was actually a cookie left behind from previous renter on the post of the bed in the bunk room. Other than these issues our family had a great time, thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

The Mountain Cabin is lovely.

There are four levels, affording us a level for each family unit. Space to be together and apart. So many stairs!! We are pleased with the accomodations. Very well appointed. However, the kitchen is impossible to have more than one person in at a time. The sink is ridiculous and the counter is too high and too close to the refrigerator. Also, we found nails sticking out of the loft stairs, running toilet on ground floor bedroom, broken chain for poolroom fan, and dishes labeled safe for dishwasher shattered in our granddaughter's hands while unloading. We handwashed them after that. It would be helpful to include a map of resort facilities and a marked path to the water. A lot of time was wasted trying to find things and the kids never did get in the lake because we couldn't get to it. Nevertheless, we all had a great time, made good memories, and were very comfortable! Thank you so much.

Slightly disappointed

This property is lakeside, no clear walk path to the shore or view of lake. Trees need to be trimmed to be able to see the lake. No dock and slip for a boat. Outdated. Couldn’t figure out how to work the fire table. Grill was full of grease. Long drive to get groceries. Long drive to use amenities advertised to go with this cabin (pool, mini golf). The movie room was nice, bedrooms and bathrooms sufficient and nicely laid out. All appliances worked. That kitchen sink is strange (designed like a windy stream). Master bathroom has the same strange sink. Also the kitchen sink is too tall for the average woman to use. We appreciate the property for a one time visit…won’t return to it the next visit to Table Rock Lake.

A nice getaway, space for everyone...just beware of the drive up!

We enjoyed our stay here over the New Year with another family. The house is very cozy and has lots of nice touches. Everyone had their own space and there were plenty of options to spread out if we wanted to do our own thing. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was wonderful and the kids loved the movie theater! We didn't get to enjoy the outside and deck much because it had snowed and was icy but we did light the fire pit for just a bit; really wished we had better weather to have enjoyed this nice feature more. This was our first time visiting the area so it was great to experience and see something new. However, a few items you should take note of... 1 - the pictures of the kitchen, specifically the sink area are a bit deceiving. We were all very shocked to see when we arrived how narrow the sink was and small the kitchen area was. The sink is mounted on a bar style island so between the height of the sink and the snake like sink, this made washing dishes not only awkward but messy. The kitchen also did not have any storage items such as ziploc bags or baking supplies like foil and wax paper, etc, so be sure to bring your own of those. 2 - the living room is not as large as it seems in the pictures and the leather sofa has several large worn areas showing its use and age. 3 - I am glad we saw a couple prior guests mention the drive up to the cabin so we could be prepared. As like the others, we STRONGLY suggest arriving before dark. The last 10 miles+ of roads leading up to the cabin are VERY windy and hilly! If we had not made it before dark and the road had ended up icing over, this could have been very scary. Be sure to plan ahead for your meals and groceries if you do not wish to venture out at night; we also learned most places do not deliver to the home from our experience. Just another few notes that the bathroom exhaust fan in the bath attached to the main floor bedroom did not work and there is no lock at all on the powder room bath on the main floor. The homes are very close to each other and there is only room to park two cars as well as no outside room for kids to play. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We did drive over the lake (which is about a 30 min drive) to the Chalets at Table Rock and rented a golf cart to do the property tour. This was WELL worth the $! The scenery was beautiful and there were lots of picturesque stops so I highly recommend checking that out.
