I had them come up there and all they did was push the buttons I sweated for two nights. I asked him could they do something about it he said they didn’t have a maintenance man that I could call a number to try to get a discount, but he was not promising me that the floor smelt horrible. The room stunk when we first went in the pullout couch when you lay down on it it almost flipped you into the floor so we had to turn around and lay on it backwards. Then my son said he’s saying bugs in there so not a very good place to say. "
