I give Americas Best Value Inn five stars not because it is a "5 star hotel" (aka Ritz, Four Seasons) but because it delivers on what it promises: value. I have stayed here annually for conventions downtown which saves me hundreds of dollars each stay (say compared to the Marriott) and offers what I need: a place to sleep, shower, and keep my things an easy 10min drive from downtown. The staff is friendly. I've always found a parking spot in the lot, and I have never had any issues. The room comes with a fridge and microwave so I can also save on restaurants. If you have the correct expectations, I recommend Americas Best Value Inn.

Clean, no frills room. AC, microwave, and mini fridge in room. price was great, service was excellent. Close to grocery store. Bed was comfortable, tons of pillows. 5 stars for my stay and would stay here again.
