Convenient location. Good parking. Continental breakfast was slightly better than expected. Staff working b-fast were doing a great job keeping the hot food supplied and had smiles while they worked. Room was okay—small but clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. I would stay here again if making the same trip in the future.

All in all we had a wonderful time but that’s because that’s the way we are. We love the conjoining rooms we enjoyed there was an option for breakfast. The pool is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and I was so happy that when I asked for pillows, they brought them up right away …that really put a bright turn on things . The problem though is that the breakfast wasn’t so good. The coffee was very bad and it was just very lackluster for the price. I mean we had two rooms 1300 and change and we just didn’t expect the front desk to look like a motel . Also the employees in general do not really seem very happy or pleasant or friendly but either way we had a great time I would go to courtyard next time I think.

Our reservation got not accounted for our Thursday night stay. The day attendant tried very hard and found it in your records. She actually noticed that we had two reservations, but they had not been properly entered as your computer system had a glitch in it on Monday evening when we requested a possible stay on Thursday night as well as the Mon thru Wed stay. We were put in room 418 for Thurs. Nice room but I would recommend a light in the large corner of the room. A floor lamp would be appropriate. Also, that corner big enough to put a nice chair in. It looks empty and at nice it is more or less useless space. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay in room next door with the double queens and the sleeper couch. Wish we could have kept it for Thurs. Love your remodel of the hotel rooms. I look at rooms all over the area of the places we go to and yours by far had the nicest looking rooms. We would come back but next time we will go thru your chain and not Expedia type group.
