They claim they overbooked the hotel for at least 5 families from my daughter’s team. Despite booking two months prior they gave my room to someone who booked the week before. They sent me to a different Marriott property with a significantly smaller room and fewer amenities at the same price. We were effectively forced to take what we were given due to limited last minute options. They have ignored every opportunity to rectify the situation by reducing the cost, etc. Other reviews show this is how they operate.

The room was nice and the hotel would have been great had we been able to use the pool area. The air conditioning had gone out in the front of the hotel where the pool was and when you went to go into the pool it was hotter then outside. Which was over 100. Over all it wasn't bad but the dining area was super hot in the mornings as well from the waffle makers and lack of air conditioning as well.

Shower water pressure is awesome! Ok breakfast, but they didn't disclose of their 12$ per day parking charge until after i got the bill. So that was surprising and ridiculous. Cannot recommend based on the bs parking fee.

Great place for families to stay!
The staff was amazing! Overall it’s a good place to stay once a year for my family and I when we visit for my kids fine arts competition for school. They were all so kind and attentive in every way possible. The front desk representatives were fun to chat with, they made us feel welcomed. They were also very considerate of any requests I had. I always leave a tip for the housekeepers and whenever there is continental breakfast available at the end of my trip so when I got a huge thank you from the lady in charge of the breakfast it made my day. I do have two small cons, probably parking spots for families since the parking is dark and spread out, and more choices for breakfast.

It was a nice hotel very clean and spacious, the only issue we had was with the air conditioning it wouldn’t work and they have no handyman on call or any other rooms to move us too… but they were very friendly!

Booked a 2 bedroom with fireplace. There was no fireplace. Staff was friendly, breakfast was a scavenger hunt due to only serving half trays and people waiting for the fresh tray to drop like someone who hasn’t eaten in 4 days. Parking was fine, use the pass they give you.
