Ed was amazing and very helpful

We had a nice stay. George at the front desk, was very helpful and welcoming and friendly. He made sure we have bottles of water and enough towels at our room. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and modern. Zack at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Night shift staff are rarely so. I liked the bed. My friend says the one in her room was to firm, but I slept well.

Great location

Loved it! Felt like home! Excellent service n stay Complimentary Wifi & Breakfast yummy!

This is my hotel of choice while staying in Lancaster. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and responsive. Good location near a variety of businesses.

staff was very nice and friendly continental breakfast was a plus thank you

I didn't like the fact that our room (#224) shared walls with the elevator. Otherwise, noce stay.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, they went out of there way to make you happy. The facilities are great and the food was excellent.

Room was very clean. Staff was very welcoming. My family will continue to book and stay at Embassay’s!!

Excellent Euro/American style rooms. Clean airy space where everything works. Beautiful functional washroom. Best free Euro-style, healthy breakfast in spacious open setting. Fabulous attitude from friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is a winner and keeper.

Good hotel for a family of 6. Our unit had two full bedrooms and bathrooms along with a sitting area (aka, living room) which was nice. Breakfast was good with typical pastries, waffles and cereals every morning along with a different entree every morning (one morning was breakfast burritos and another was biscuits and gravy). The inside of the rooms were a little dated, but not too bad...everything was clean. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay $12 a day for parking...I feel like...

Only issue was pool was in the hotel across and it was not only indoors but had too much chlorine burned out eyes pretty badly
