"I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. It was such a needed respite. The on-site restaurant was outstanding! The wine is absolutely amazing. The hospitality staff would swoop in whenever we were at breakfast and reset our room. The pool was nice and clean. The views are spectacular. The people were helpful and accommodating. We even had a private wine tasting. Do not hesitate for a second about staying here. I miss it already."

"Als wir ankamen wurden wir von dem Besitzer herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde die komplette Anlage gezeigt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und landestypisch eingerichtet. "Die Anlage ist wunderschön auf einem Olivenberg gelegen und man hat eine super Aussicht über die ganz Region. Die Zimmer sind im Landhausstil neu saniert und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es war uns eine große Freude, in diesem Jahr als erste im Pool anzubaden. Die Anlage wird liebevoll und familiär von Kristin und Giovanni geführt und man bekommt praktisch jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. "A beautiful hotel just a short walk from Lucca train station and across the road from the city walls. The staff were amazing with special mention to Giuliana in the breakfast room. She was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Even though just set off the road, the hotel was so peaceful and tranquil and, whilst modern it had a wonderful charm. We would definitely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend it."

"Spa is very tired, there’s a spa pool with various sections that once did something but most of it is not working now, and there are loose tiles and broken switches. Access was included in our room rate but I wouldn’t pay extra if it wasn’t. Staff, including spa as well as reception, pool bar and restaurant are all super helpful and knowledgeable and we love the location, close to Terme Tettuccio as well as the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Hotel is clean, tidy and smells lovely"

"I was a little worried as it was close to the railway station but location was excellent and good vibes all round. A lovely and quirky hotel in an excellent location, just a few hundred yards/metres and you are through the city walls. City and the Mura di Lucca are spectacular! Would recommend and will gladly stay again as plan to be back again in the next year."
