"Für eine Städtereise gut geeignet. Allerdings sind viele Kleinigkeiten erneuerungsbedürftig. Betten und Zimmeraufteilung mit technischer Ausstattung waren gut. Hacken im Zweibettzimmer und Bad fehlten, Tischlampe konnte nicht mittig anschlossen werden und Ablagemöglichkeit fehlte. Gäste-WC Möbel und Wasserhahn müsste ausgetauscht werden. Einige Küchenschranktüren könnten ausgetauscht werden. Terrasse sehr gut / Sitzmöbel gehen so. Trotz aller dieser Kleinigkeiten, die leicht geändert werden...

"The house is perfect for a couple to get away in Vienna. A quick drive to the U6 (with park-n-ride), making it an easy trip into the city. The house had everything we could need and the details to help make our stay very nice. The property matches the listing. We enjoyed the large back yard and had a great stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very pleasant even when weather and traffic made us late in arriving."

He was able to inform us over what was around that would suit the engineers interests and where local amenities are. The house was perfect and very much enjoyed during there stay. "Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Ort; die Hofgasse ist dennoch sehr ruhig und mit den Oleanderbüschen sehr schön. Man kann auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus sehr schön essen oder relaxen. Es gibt einige Spiele und Puzzle im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Wir (2 Pärchen mit Kindern) haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage ist super. Direkt über die Straße gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und die Ubahn Station ist nicht weit entfernt. Wer also die Stadt erkunden möchte, ist zu Fuß und mit der Bahn schnell unterwegs. Für die Kinder hatten wir Platz zum spielen und einen Aufzug für die Kinderwägen. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, das in einem Schlafzimmer keine Kommode für Kleidung ist. Hat uns aber nicht groß gestört."
