"We had a really wonderful stay. The house and outdoor areas are fantastic. Carla was very responsive to questions. The beach at Carvalhal is a short walk away and is absolutely gorgeous. It's perfect for kids at low tide and ideal for beginner surfers. We are definitely going to return in the near future."

Location wise I would say driving is necessary and not many amenities walking distance, Ubers are available and super affordable but still something to consider as not exactly easy to pop out for dinner or lunch. "The property is in an elevated location just outside the town, with beautiful views over the sea and Sétubal. It's in walking distance of shops, restaurants, and beaches but I would strongly recommend a car as the hill is quite steep. There's plenty of parking space. We were a group of 5 brothers and sisters with spouses. Comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms in every bedroom was a big plus. The property is gated and offers good security.
