"Had a wonderful stay and romp in the spring snow. Probably the best appointed kitchen we've experienced so far. House is full of character, quirks and picturesque surroundings as well as thoughtful elements for both humans and canines. Perfect location for exploring, skiing or good old relaxation. Loved the streams, covered bridge and variety of eggs available up and down the road!"

"This house is in a great location and has everything you need to feel at home. Great house to cook in or sit out on the porch. Quick rides to town or out for a hike. "Location was awesome, house met the description and was comfortable. Stayed with dog and 3 kids. Doors (or walls?) were a little drafty in the winter, but heating seemed to be ok. Heated floors in bathrooms were really nice. Suggest more than 2 dishwasher tabs per renter. Basement is quite cold but we didn't need to use it for sleeping. Still, 5 stars, great property and would stay again."

"Enjoyed our 2-night stay at this home. Situated between Rt100 and the West River, it has direct main road access with the natural ambiance of river floating by. We could hear/see ducks and geese in the morning. The back deck was covered with a snow pile that we had to shovel to gain access to the grill for our Spring visit. We had little mishaps like the shower handle falling off and window shade not going back up, but overall, the home was in nice, clean, and well appointed condition. We did...

"Really cozy and comfortable, several fine restaurants walkable, spectacular unobstructed view of Equinox Mountain behind the property. A very special place."

"The house is super nice and cozy, but there was a lot of mud in the parking lot, making things quite difficult to pack and unpack the car. The WiFi signal was good, but super low speed. Other than these two things, we loved the place and would recommend it, specially because it is very close to Okemo Ski resort."

"The host put a lot of thought into the space, with a cute gift of local maple syrup, a binder full of nearby things to do and restaurants, and overall the space was clean and well maintained. Nice historic location, we had fun walking around the town. This was a fun stay as we drove up for the solar eclipse and drove to our viewing area the next morning. Minus 1 star, because though the home did appear clean, there did seem to be a kitchen mouse. Made the property owner aware of this issue."
