"We booked a king bed when we arrived we received 2 full beds. When we asked for a king, because that’s what we booked we were told that they didn’t have any clean rooms with a king bed. We were checking in at almost 10pm. Check out is 11 am. Why wouldn’t there be a clean room and we were only there for the comfort and to sleep. We checked in late and left early and couldn’t even receive what we paid for. Disappointed customer."
