And the gentlemen working the front desk accommodated my request to be on the first floor near the side door. So it would be easier to go in and out with our dog. "

"Air conditioning is governed, can't change temp and it runs fan in WINTER, unacceptible. There were fruit flies in the food at breakfast. Dryer in laundry room did not accept payment so wasnt able to dry my clothes, had to let them air dry in my room, twice. Called to have the company fix the dryer, said they'd fix in 24 hours, 3 days later still not fixed."
