Start and return on skis: this residence, located less than 5 minutes walk from shops and on the slopes offers quality apartments with beautiful views. The access is by car to unload the luggage and there is a free and covered communal car park within 100 meters. The entry level 0 is accessible to people with reduced mobility because it leads directly to the elevators.
Attention lifts do not serve some floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (contact us).

22m² apartment, located on the 1st floor in a residence with lift with direct access to the slopes. Ideal for a family with young children.
Rented for 4 people, it consists of a blind cabin with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a kitchen area open onto a living room with dining area and lounge area equipped with a sofa bed for two people .
The apartment is North facing and has a balcony with views of the slopes and the Mont Blanc.

Equipment : Dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, electric hob. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paying WIFI available at the agency by reservation.

Sleeps : 1 double sofabed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)

Sanitary: bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the possibility to book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You recover the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
