"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. An unfortunate incident changed the course of our trip and without their professionalism and kindness the whole vacation could have turned into a real nightmare. The location of the hotel was great, most comfortable bed (specially the pillows), friendly binlingual staff and manager.
Thank you Les Jumeaux! Hope to see you again soon."
"Perfect place for a one day rest on the trip to Italy. SPA facilities helped recovery after long journey from UK. Tasty continental buffet breakfast - terrace tables recommended - amazing view. "
Le Massif Hotel & Lodge Courmayeur The Leading Hotels of the World
10/10 Excellent
"This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Amazing breakfast and dinner were included with our stay. Convenient to main shopping and dining street and bus station. Only issue was lack of AC or even ceiling fans (they did provide a Dyson airblade which sort of helped) for climate control. The balcony slider provided some relief from the heat, but not enough for anyone sleeping in interior room of family suite."
"Wonderful last minute visit. We could have stayed a few more nights. The Wellness Spa was such a nice amenity, especially after hiking. The center of town is a nice walk away, but there is a free municipal bus. And the hotel has a free shuttle, which was great when we wanted to go to the Monte Bianco Skyway. The staff was incredibly gracious and hospitable. Breakfast was nice as well (would love to have orange juice as an option - just melon and pineapple). "
"Amazing staff and hospitality. So kind to us after arriving very late from a full day of cycling. Fed us late dinner and even sent us to our rooms with pre-maid breakfasts. Can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel. "
