Gute Lage. Nettes Personal. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht sauber Mann konnte nicht Duschen. Es gab fast kein Wasser und nur Eiskalt. Bedingt durch eine kaputte Tür nach draußen war es sehr sehr laut. Der Zimmer tausch brachte etwas Normalität. Dafür war hier die Bettwäsche schmutzig.

Das Hotel sollte sofort aus der Buchung genommen werden. Das erste Zimmer (109) war derart veraltet und eine zerbrochene Stehlampe aus dem 80ern lag in der Ecke. Ich habe das Zimmer gewechselt (314) und was ich bekommen habe ist fast nicht zu beschreiben. Massiver Wasserschaden und Schimmel. Toilette komplett voll Kalk und die Spülung defekt. Putz löst sich von der Decke und zusätzlich gab es von Freitag bis Samstag Abend kein warmes Wasser. Frühstücksraum voller benutztem Geschirr und deswegen fast keine Möglichkeit zum Sitzen. Billigste Aufback Waren usw. Das geht so insgesamt garnicht und ich habe einen Fall bei Expedia mit Dokumentation und Fotos eröffnet.

Preis/Leistung ist ok. Deshalb muss man gewisse Sachen hinnehmen. Z.B. Türzarge zerstört, WC voll Urinstein, müsste dringend erneuert werden. Zimmer318 Schlecht gereinigt. Sonst Personal sehr nett, es müsste aber dringend investiert und modernisiert werden 😉

Renovierte Zimmer sind nicht renoviert, sondern nur teilweise bis gar nicht (ausgebrochene Türrahmen...). Total überteuert für diesen Zustand. Hotel lebt wohl im wesentlichen von übergebührlich engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die bemüht sind Kundenbeschwerden zu handeln. Mitarbeiter wären in besser geführten Hotels besser aufgehoben.

Unterkunft ist komplett abgewohnt. Wir haben erst im 6. Anlauf ein Uimmer bekommen. Das erste war ein Raucherzimmer, die anderen bereits durch andere Gäste belegt. Das Personal hat mit Zetteln gearbeitet und den Überblick verloren. An unserem 2. Tag ist jemand von Zimmer zu Zimmer gelaufen um zu schauen welche frei/belegt sind. Bei der angebenenen Klimaanlage handelt es sich um einen Ventilator. Das Zimmer ist komplett abgewohnt. Das Türschloss rausgebrochen, und das Bad dem alter entsprechend komplett verkalkt und abgewohnt. 1 von 2 Badlichtern hat nicht funktioniert. Dementsprechend düster. In unsere beiden Nachbarzimmer wurde eingebrochen oder vandaliert. Die Türen waren kaputt und mit Polizeistickern beklebt. Hat kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen.

Vorweg...die Preis-Leistung stimmt. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind aber modern aufgepeppt worden. Jedoch ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers noch verbesserungsfähig. Das Frühstück war umfangreich....alles da. Die Lage ist optimal, um zu Fuß die Innenstadt und auch die Burg Trausnitz zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren für zwei Tage in Landshut, also eine Übernachtung.
