"El hotel fue una excelente elección. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. La ubicación era perfecta, a poca distancia de muchos lugares de interés pero no dentro del bullicio. Pudimos dormir cómodamente. El servicio de atención al cliente que nos brindó Roxana fue excepcional. Ella nos ayudó muy amablemente a resolver una situación que experimentamos con nuestra reservación. ¡Gracias! Desayunamos en el hotel y la selección de productos fue muy buena y deliciosa. En mayo, durante las fechas que fuimos, el aire acondicionado del hotel al parecer seguía operando en modo invierno pero las temperaturas nocturnas todavía eran frías; pudimos abrir las ventanas y dormir cómodamente y en silencio."
