"Staff was friendly. But I had reserved a king non smoking on the low level but when I got there in order to get a low level I had to take a smoking room which since I wanted the low level I chose to take it.Room was ok not the cleanest ad the ac leaked but it worked. We left and came back and seen a cockroach. We killed it lol but when we left the second night our room key was deactivated so we had to get it activated again. But we will never stay here again. Hotel ok if its your last resort."

"The hotel’s location is excellent, right off I-85, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of my stay. My overall experience was very disappointing. 1. The hotel feels extremely outdated, almost like stepping back into the 1970s. Even from the outside, there is very little signage, and the property looks poorly maintained. 2. The towels in my room were dirty and looked as though they had already been used and...

"The stay was good. Short and sweet. Arrived late and left early. Breakfast was good and convenient."

"Ideal for family-friend with all good amenities and pool park was really nice and clean."

"Shower had several hairs on sides and in bottom of tub. Bathroom did not appear to get cleaned between stays."

"The breakfast and coffee were very good"

"What an absolute treat this place is. It's pricey, but worth every penny. Completely gorgeous resort, with lovely rooms, on site restaurant and also outdoor pub, and beautiful outdoor and indoor pools. Food was fantastic, though not cheap. Lots of onsite activities to keep busy, especially for kids, such as a putting green, ladder ball, cornhole boards, and even a small frisbee golf course. We loved every minute of our stay, and would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Overall, everything was good. Breakfast was fresh and liked the make your own waffle maker. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Very quiet which was nice. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was a little mold in the bathroom and around the window. We would stay here again."

"Very disappointed to find unidentifiable stains on the sheets and what appeared to be pubic hair on them as well. Reservations indicated free continental breakfast but second morning there was only leftovers from the day before. I questioned why there was not a fresh breakfast as the previous morning only to be told that the truck didn’t come. Totally unacceptable for all, for the price I was charged."
