"I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The interior has a cozy, welcoming feel with soft lighting and warm tones, and the rooms are both comfortable and practical. Small details like the layout, outlets by the bed, and well chosen furniture make it easy to settle in. The gym is also much better than what I usually see at hotels, with enough machines and weights for a proper workout. What makes the biggest difference, though, is the service. "The hotel is located near NanJing Rd, a famous shopping district. Walking distance to shopping areas and restaurant. It is an old hotel so the rooms and the lobby areas start to show the age. Nevertheless, the room is clean. The staff from the front desk was help when I bought cold meds at 3 am in the morning. She managed to have a robot to delivering the meds to my room. Good breakfast options."
