Moin and welcome to the Ferienwohung Baltic Harbor view!

The 2018 newly built, bright and modern apartment with a large balcony is located just 200 meters from the marina Langballigau.

The entire first floor is rented including the sunny, quiet and large balcony.

From the floor to ceiling windows of the apartment and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the marina and the beach of Langballigau, the Flensburg Außenförde to the opposite shore of Denmark.

The apartment is in the sun all day long and therefore has bright rooms.

The equipment is very well equipped with a modern and well equipped kitchen, a cozy sofa area and a modern bathroom as well as with W-LAN, Sat-TV, garden furniture and gas grill.

The sunny and quiet balcony offers the opportunity to relax, barbecue and sunbathe with a great view.
Before each arrival, the beds are fresh from us. In addition, we provide sufficient hand and bath towels, as well as a shower mat and tea towels for you.

Einfach schön
Wir verlebten eine Wohlfühlwoche in einer Traumwohnung mit sagenhaftem Blick auf den Hafen und die Förde. Die Ausstattung ist modern und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Aufgeschlossene, freundliche Vermieter. Wir werden wiederkommen 👍

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Langballigau. Die FeWo ist sehr groß und man hat einen super Blick zur Ostsee. Ich empfehle sie auf alle Fälle weiter.

Ein perfekter Urlaub
Diese Wohnung kann man nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Sehr schön, hell und sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail, genügend Platz für 2 Personen. Einen ganz tollen Blick auf die Förde und den Hafen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man braucht sich nur die Fotos anzuschauen und genau so sieht die Wohnung und der Blick auf den Hafen auch aus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Einen kleinen Spaziergang von 10 Minuten und man ist am Hafen, wo man sehr lecker Fisch und Eis essen kann. Alles in allem - ein perfekter Urlaub, an den wir uns gerne zurück erinnern werden.

Wir haben eine erholsame Urlaubswoche in der schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet und hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf den Hafen und die Förde. Für unsere Fahrräder gab's auch einen Unterstellplatz. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer freundlich inklusive Tips, wo man einkaufen und essen gehen kann. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder nach Langballigau.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der traumhaft schönen Wohnung der Familie Botz verbracht. Hier stimmt einfach Alles, die Lage ,der Blick auf die Förde und auf die Ostsee, die Ausstattung der Wohnung ,die Sauberkeit und natürlich die Umgebung...hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Erholsamer Aufenthalt
Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in Langballigau verbracht. Bedingt durch das schlechte Wetter haben wir es uns in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung der Familie Botz gemütlich gemacht. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Die komplette Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll und heimelig eingerichtet, sodass wir das mit dem schlechten Wetter gar nicht so schlimm fanden. Wir haben uns hier rundherum wohlgefühlt. Unser Fazit: wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder :-)

FeWo sehr schön, so dass man es sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich machen kann und Urlaub genießt–schöner Blick zum Yachthafen! Nur das Internet ist mega-lahm!!! Bett ist ganz schön schmal.

Komfortable Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung „Hafenblick“, die ihren Namen wirklich verdient, sehr genossen. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist vom Balkon und vom Wohnzimmer aus noch schöner, als es in den Fotos deutlich wird. In der Wohnung selbst fehlt es an nichts, sie ist geschmackvoll, modern und großzügig ausgestattet. Der Hafen ist fußläufig in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen, dort gibt es ein paar leckere Restaurants. Der Supermarkt in Langballig ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zum Entspannen und Wandern genutzt, der Geltinger Birk oder die Halbinsel Holnis bieten schöne Wege mit ca. 15 km Länge. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht.

Schöner Urlaub an der Förde
Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100% der Anzeige und wir haben sehr schöne zwei Wochen Urlaub an der Flensburger Förde verbringen können. Die Lage ist traumhaft und man kann mit dem Fahrrad viel in der Umgebung erkunden. Die Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Moderne Wohnung mit tollen Yachthafen-Blick
Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alle Räume sehr sauber und geräumig. Vom Wohnzimmer mit bodenlangen Fenstern und dem Balkon super Blick auf den Yachthafen und Flensburger Förde, vor allem am Nachmittag bei sinkender Sonne. Bad und Küche sind mit modernster Technik ausgestattet und für 2 Personen reichlich ausgestattet. Durch einen großen Hauswirtschaftsraum und einen Fahrradschuppen kann alles gut verstaut werden und nichts steht in der Wohnung rum. Die Wohnung ist einfach vorbildlich, der Preis natürlich entsprechend aber angemessen. Mit Familie Botz haben wir mehrfach Nachrichten ausgetauscht, Beantwortung von Fragen immer nett und freundlich. Herzlichen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sabine und Christoph
