"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door. "Welcoming and helpful staff, far above average standard of cleanliness, airy and spacious rooms, amazing building in s nice location. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choice. Highly recommend!"

"So much better than a hotel room: spacious, well setup, beautiful views out windows, comfortable, large bathroom, had everything you could need while travelling, and laundry in basement. Do not miss the Abbey which is right down the street and the funicular to hillside above city (park, ponds, farm, and walking paths)."

"Excellent location. Walking about 15 min on the same street to City Center. Quiet place. Very clean. The place had everything we needed for our trip, including kitchen utensils. Everything we did was via machines and we did not meet a single person. It was a bit weird but everything worked out. The check-in machine on the right did not have the letter "D" so that was a problem."

"A really well kept house and property. Our room was large and bathroom was modern. It was very comfortable. Good wifi throughout. No breakfast option, but you can make use of the kitchen. The host communicated well. We were asked to make our full payment by bank transfer soon after booking. This may seem odd for people from some countries and cause for concern, but is apparently normal in Germany."

Very well equipped and thoughtfully arranged. Impeccably clean and very peaceful and quiet. Super warm and helpful host. Such a nice welcome and stay on our first time in Langenargen.
