Die Betreuung war jederzeit freundlich, hilfrereich und kompetent! Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, vorbildlich ausgestattet und gepflegt und mit allem reichlich versorgt, das man erwarten kann, um sich wie zuhause zu fühlen.

Gutes Objekt in Top Lage - leider nicht seniorengerecht.

Betreuung durch die Agentur "Die Fee vom See" war sehrgut. Die Fewo in guter zentraler Lage von Langenargen war in gutem Zustand, die Ausstattung (Mobiliar, Geschirr, etc.) völlig ausreichend. Matrazen bequem. Leider ist das Objekt sonst nicht sonderlich seniorengerecht: Kein Aufzug bzw. direkter Zugang von der TG zur Fewo möglich/ Nur Badewanne mit Dusche und Vorhang / Wasserdurchflußmenge stark reduziert / es dauert ewig bis man warmes Waser erhält.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Ein bisschen Straßenlärm muss man aushalten. Eine Katastrophe ist die Wasserversorgung mit dem Durchlauferhitzer. Es dauert ewig bis heißes Wasser kommt. Man kann dann sehr schlecht auf warm und gar nicht auf lauwarm regulieren.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar mitten im bunten Leben von Langenargen am Bodensee, dicht neben der Promenade. Vom großen Balkon aus gibt es durch Balkongitter und Bäume nach beiden Seiten etwas verdeckten Seeblick. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Nichts fehlt in der Küche, die dem hell erleuchbaren Wohnzimmer integriert ist. Nur die Kapsel Espresso Maschine hatten wir selbst mit gebracht. Im geräumigen Schlafzimmer ein gutes integriertes Doppelbett aus 2 Einzelbetten. Ein großer Kleiderschrank. Im Badezimmer überall Haken und Stellplatz, was in Hotels und anderen Wohnungen oft unzureichend ist. Überhaupt haben sich die Einrichter im Detail viele Gedanken gemacht, was man braucht. Eine gute Besonderheit ist neben Toilette und Bidet im Bad eine weitere abgeschlossene Toilette. Toll, als die Verwandtschaft einen Nachmittag zum Kaffee anrückte. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war uns ein Vergnügen.
