Nice hotel overlooking the lake. Good price and wonderful location. Very nice breakfast. The only downside is there’s no air conditioner so it’s a bit hot in warm weather but when the balcony is open, then it’s okay at night. Would stay here again.

Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Leider ist aber von dem schicken Hotel von damals nicht mehr viel übrig. Alles verlassen. Keine eigene Rezeption, kein Frühstück direkt im Hotel obwohl alles da wäre. Familienzimmer etwas fragwürdig. Die Kinderbetten sind ein ausgeklapptes Schrankbett. Hängende Kugellampen am Bett für ein Zimmer mit Kindern etwas unpassend. Das offene Bad ist ein Durchgangszimmer um zu den Kinderbetten zu gelangen, wobei nachts sofort der Bewegungsmelder angeht sobald das Kind sich bewegt. Für den Preis muss man es sich schon zweimal überlegen.

Zu teuer für das Gebotene

Der Preis von 240 € pro Nacht ohne Frühstück und ohne Parkplatz ist für das Gebotene völlig überzogen. Obwohl wir unseren Hund nicht mitgenommen haben und vorher um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten hatten, war der Platz für Gäste mit Hund deutlich zu klein. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und wir bekamen keine frischen Handtücher – nur weil wir vergessen hatten, das Schild an die Tür zu hängen. Für diese Preisklasse ist das enttäuschend. Die Parkgebühren von 20 € pro Nacht sind sehr hoch, auch wenn der Shuttle mit dem Tesla positiv hervorsticht. Das Spa-Konzept war nicht durchdacht: Soll man wirklich im Bademantel durch das Dorf ins Nachbarhotel laufen? Positiv war einzig die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption – mir wurde sofort mit einem Ladekabel ausgeholfen. Insgesamt aber stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Kein Preis Leistung Verhältnis, Zimmer zu klein, keine Sitzmoeglichkeit auf dem Balkon, keine Klimaanlage, die Mitarbeiterin war von Sonntag bis Sonntag für die Zimmerreinigung da. Parksituation geht kaum anders, aber dafür 20 Euro pro Tag ist wirklich kein Service. Teilweise steht die Haustür Tag und Nacht offen.

Leider gibt es in ganz Langenargen ein Parkplatz Problem. Höchstparkdauer 4Std.! Und nachts?!? Somit mussten wir das Auto 800m entfernt abstellen. Das war aber das einzig negative.

Unterkunft war Mega. Schade war nur, dass es nebelig war und man somit die schöne Aussicht nicht genießen konnte. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Sonst ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Alles auf ganz hohem Niveau.

Zi111: Der FlatscreenTV ist mitten im Zimmer installiert, Unfallgefahr, da man sich sehr leicht den Kopf an den Kanten anschlägt. Zwischen Dusche und Waschtisch zu eng, bzw. sehr scharfe Kanten. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten am Waschtisch außerhalb vom Nassbereich. Aber alles in allen ein sauberes und schickes Zimmer. Für eine Suit zu klein/ zu eng.

Achtung, beworben wird bei Expedia der neuere Hotelbau, die tatsächliche Unterbringung kann auch in einem deutlich älteren Gebäudeteil sein. Da wir mit einem Hund gereist sind hat man uns etwas mitgenommene Zummer gegeben.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage (kleines ABER…)

Das Hotel und unser Zimmer sind schön, hell, modern und sauber gewesen Absolut nichts auszusetzen. Das Bett ist super. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß aber absolut OK für 2 Personen. Auch der Badbereich gut ausgestattet. Da waren wir nach dem Lesen etlicher Bewertungen dann positiv überrascht. Eine freundliche Dame an der Rezeption hat uns herzlich begrüßt, sehr gut informiert, und am Ende die Rechnung fertig gemacht. Es gibt viele Parkplätze rund um das Haus, auch zwei Ladesäulen für Elektroautos sind 200m entfernt. Was uns den Tag jeweils echt schon morgens verdorben hat war das Frühstück. Wobei er Raum schön ist, das Buffet an sich auch eine Menge bietet (nur ein paar Scheiben Käse waren verschimmelt, aber das kann passieren). Was nicht geht ist der Kaffe e (wenn man das so nennen mag) und das Personal im Frühstücksbereich. Es gibt nur schwarzen Filterkaffee, und der scheint schon seit Tagen in dem großen Warmhaltebehälter zu köcheln so schwarz und bitter wie der ist. Ich trinke gerne schwarzen Kaffee ohne Milch, aber der wurde nicht mal heller mit der Milch und war sehr bitter, nicht genießbar. An sich hätten wir uns Latte Macchiato gewünscht und danach gefragt, die Antwort war ein pampiges „gibts hier nicht, das ist alles so knapp kalkuliert, da steht warme Milch“. Auch wurde ich von hinten angesprochen „Zimmernummer!?“. Mein Tipp: einen guten Kaffeevollautomaten hinstellen, kostet gewerblich gute 1.000 Euro, die Gäste können sich da auch selbst bedienen …

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, doch für den Preis etwas klein. Die Einrichtung an sich sieht schön aus aber die Oberflächen sind nicht geeignet für ein Hotel da diese schon Macken haben oder im Bad aufquellen. Man hat gemerkt das wir in der Nebensaison waren. Das Frühstück war eine einzige Katastrophe und bei dem Preis mehr als nur schwach. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat am Vortag gesagt das sie es gut koordinieren müssten da viel los wäre und daher eine Uhrzeit wollte. Als wir dann am Buffet ankamen war es eine einzige Enttäuschung. Es gab nur noch ein paar Aufbackbrötchen die man selbst aus einem Backofen holen musste und nur noch wenige Scheiben Wurst und Käse. Es gab kein frisches Obst oder Gemüse. Und auch nur eine Marmelade. Wir haben dann durch Zufall mitbekommen das man Eierspeisen beim Kellner bestellen kann aber warum sagt er es nicht wenn er nach Kaffee fragt? Hier ist noch viel Verbesserung drin und definitiv keine 4Sterne wert.

Umgebung des Hotel war abends trotz Straße sehr ruhig. Anschließende kleine Grünanlage über die Straße direkt am See sehr schön. Parken leider nur in der 5 min. entfernten Tiefgrage möglich (war vorher nicht bekannt und musste noch extra bezahlt werden).Sehr gut der Check in, jederzeit über Hotelsafe möglich. Zimmer schön groß, Bad sehr klein, Abfluss in der Badewanne voll mit Haaren! Auf der Terasse Zigarettenstummel im Glas mit braunen Wasser vom vorigen Gast. Frühstücken leider nur an kleinen Katzentischen möglich.Lage und Umgebung sehr schön, Hotel noch sehr ausbaufähig.
