We were travelling on business and were left without a hotel to sleep in, and the host was very unpleasant as he didn't even bother to speak to us or try to help us."

Wir konnten erst drei Stunden nach der normalen Check-in-Zeit einchecken, weil wir trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen keinerlei Informationen vom Gastgeber erhalten haben. Uns wurde dabei auch nicht entgegengekommen oder eine Lösung angeboten. Für den Preis war die Unterkunft absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Es fehlten sogar grundlegende Dinge wie Seife. Insgesamt sehr schlechter Service und kein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Stern."
