The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

The flat was clean, modern and in good condition and although it is some distance from the centre, it is very close to tram, bus, underground and the railway, making it extremely convenient.
