"The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "

"I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. It was interesting to note that the properties website does not show the night scene photo or that of the cathedral so I have to wonder why the hotels.com show them?? I posted the photos of our room but good old...

"My family of four had an overnight stay at Christophe’s home, which was very close to the train station and within walking distance to downtown Bruges. The apartment was modern and very comfortable. I’d totally recommend it!"

"Het appartement op de zeedijk (3e verdieping) is mooi ingericht voor het verblijf met 2 volwassenen, 2 kinderen en een huisdier. Frontaal zeezicht vooraan, een terrasbalkon achteraan, een fietsenstalling op -1. Enige minpunten tijdens ons verblijf: er was geen elektriciteit/verlichting in de badkamer en de TV werkte niet. Enkele opfrissingswerken zijn dus nodig in dus zeer aangenaam appartement."

"This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

"Fantastic apartment in centre of town (shops and bakery with 2min walk). Fantastic outside space for the summer with terraces on both sides of the building. Clean and easily accessible. Host organised key pickup from Barbara The only complaint was there were no towels (not even hand towels in the w/c or kitchen) and it is not clear in the advert that towels are not provided. When asked about towels, the management person seemed surprised and uncertain. We also felt like it could be made clearer...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, der Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gab ein paar "Schwächen", aber weil alles insgesamt echt top war, keine Abzüge: es gibt kein WLAN-Passwort und der Tiefgaragenplatz ist nicht groß genug für einen Bus, was in unserem Fall bedeutete, im nächsten Ort zu parken. Die Treppe zum Fahrradkeller ist so eng und steil, dass wir diesen nicht genutzt haben und die Räder auf der Straße abgestellt haben."

"Schöne, große Wohnung mit großem Balkon mitten im Zentrum. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil. Toll war, dass es ein Welkome-Paket mit Kaffee, Tee, etc. gibt. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir beim Checkout-Vorgang erst unsere Bewertung abgeben mussten, um die Infos zu erhalten. Außerdem fanden wir es sehr befremdlich, dass wir aufgefordert wurden, die Fragen jeweils mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten. Begründung: weil amerikanische Touristen ansonsten nicht buchen würden. Wenn man nur mit 5...
