This place is phenomenal. Location is breathtaking with Mountain View’s. A short bus ride to a nearby city if you want to explore. The property has a heated indoor and outdoor pool saunas and steam rooms for relaxation. The staff helped us with everything we needed and the breakfast was outstanding. I already hope to return one day!

We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. Stayed at the hotel 2 nights. Excellent location, smack in the middle of the historic town, right under the famous castle.Room was spacious, clean, very modern design, with LED lighting all around. Modern spacious bathroom, shower. Very quiet inside the room, very comfortable bed. Included breakfast service was excellent too. Highly recommend if visiting Kufstein.

Excellent place in the heart of Kufstein

This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip

Right on the river! But no A/C and it was hot. Sleeping was difficult.

Nice hotel with friendly staff very close to the Ski area. I felt particularly treated nice by the staff even though I was there for the first time and only one night. I felt the value of our money was very appropriate. If I had stayed more time there I would’ve just walked up to the skiing. I got what I wanted

Nice location. One common shower and two common toilets on our floor to share with at least 5 other rooms. No bathroom in rooms. Can be a pain if it gets busy or you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
