Nice hotel, friendly staff. The quality of rooms can be improved but in general room was clean, everything working, we choose bungalow not the room, so it was good choice. Public areas around very nice and greenery, very beautiful lighting during the night

Nice resort to stay

Hotel is very spacious room very big we took Bangalore with bath tub very clean, strong hot water,king size bed, 2 swimming pools kids pool separate,reception staff Nabila very helpful and friendly, even we had a long chat with the owner's father at sitting area near pool having our breakfast very friendly person. Very humble. Nice place for families & couples even friends also can have a nice place stay. Only one thing if had in house breakfast included at hotel would be best, no one have to go look for breakfast outside the premises. They have lots of land can build breakfast areas. Then will get more familes will stay there. Reception have a special MoMo cat welcome all the guests. Love him cute cat. Nice resort to stay.

Nice hotel.

Spacious room!

The room was quite spacious even though it was only meant for two occupants. Lighting & Aircond was adequate. Parking was easy. At night its pretty quiet and keeps you away from the hustle and bustle at Pantai Chenang which is only about 2KM away on one straight road - can be walked if you want to. The only downside I felt was the doors were not soundproofed so we can hear the housekeeping guys in th morning, however this alone wont stop me from going to Lavigo again! Another area for improvement is the selection of TV channels - Astro would have been great! Otherwise this is a great place to stay and I would recommend it!

The swimming pool was probably the only good thing about this hotel. We booked a double room with shared bathroom and it felt like being in the staff quarters! Staff clearly didn’t enjoy their job and lady on reception in the afternoon was particularly unhelpful and blunt. Room was very run down and it felt like if you book the lower room types all they cared about was the money.

We were given a chalet at the end of the resort, facing a swamp & a compound that was being built. Debris everywhere. The plumbing was ancient and the moment we arrived, we saw dirty water coming out of the drain in the toilet. We had not even used the toilet yet. When we asked them to take a look, the housekeeping guy said will do something & left. We waited for almost an hour as my children wanted to use the toilet but no one came. Pool is run down, and the entire resort looks deserted. Worried for our safety & well-being, we checked out within 2 hours and went to another hotel.

Motel was far from Chenang beach and walk. WiFi didn’t work in rooms, only in few places in motel area. Staff were kind and there was very clean! Night lamp missing. Swimming pool is smaller than in photo what is Hotels.com page!

If you like being in a natural environment, this is the place to be in. But be prepared to have encounters with cats and insects.... The restaurant which is 1 min away serves awesome food at reasonable value. We went as a big group of 30 pax and we enjoyed our stay. The common area accommodated is for our meals and late-night chats. The swimming pool looks deceiving though. It’s not as big as it looks in the pictures.
