  • House located in a very quiet development, close to shops and beaches (8-10 min from the beautiful beach of Rosaires). The house is very bright, quiet and has a fully fenced garden of 400m2.

    The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs including a master suite with sink and shower.
    A separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub are also upstairs.

    On the first floor, you will have access to a large bright and crossing living space of nearly 50m2 as well as a separate toilet.

    Ideal for discovering the Pink Granite Coast, Isle de Bréhat, Paimpol, the bay of Saint-Brieuc as well as Erquy and Pléneuf Val-André!

    Animals are accepted provided they are well trained.
