"It a very nice set up if you are a family they have the pool, play ground.The room was nice and spacious. On the bad side on the weekend the music i was very loud but to compensate they have a beautiful buffet breakfast with lots of choices. The staff are very nice and friendly. However, after discussing the situation, the reception staff, along with the management team, showed great professionalism and kindness by accommodating our stay without any issues. As a regular guest, I truly appreciate their customer-focused approach. A special thanks also goes to the pool lifeguard. On March 24, my son accidentally swam in the wrong direction, and the moment I noticed something was wrong and jumped up, the lifeguard reacted instantly. With impressive speed and without hesitation, he jumped into the pool and saved my son. As someone who cannot swim, I am incredibly grateful for his timely and professional response. A huge thank you to the entire staff—you should all be proud of your dedication and service. Keep up the great work! "

"it was terrible, looks like this is kind of fake post either hotel manager is cheating. No one in hotel speaks English, so how they have managed to be registered on Hotels.com??? they were unable to understand that booking has been paid already via Hotels.com. And they will receive payment only after certain period of time. So our family week end failed : we have travelled 300 KM and stay on the street"
