"This is a gem! Plenty of room in this house--4 bedrooms, 2 full baths over two floors, large kitchen, nice balcony. The location is great: walk to the beach (it's more rocky than sandy) or, a little further, to town. A car is probably helpful to get around. The Port Plaisant part of Perros-Guirec, near this house, is small with nice shops and restaurants. I recommend the Wednesday morning market! Marie-Francoise is a lovely and helpful host. "Jeannine and Pierre - Yves are charming and kind hosts. The Gite was spotless, extremely well furnished and equipped. looks even better than the photos. The garden is pretty with both sunny and shaded areas with lots of tables, chairs and a BBQ. The beach is only about 100mt away and one of nicest we have seen in Europe. Less than a 10 minute walk to the village centre with a great boulangerie and other shops bars etc.We would highly recommend this property."

The House ist equipped with everything needed for a great stay (good Equipment of the kitchen, Barbequeue, Infotainment, several baths, toilets etc) and everything is Clean and with a high quality.
