"Quelques mauvaises informations sur le site : pas de climatisation (seulement des ventilateurs) et pas de parking attitré, ce dernier étant payant et plutôt cher ( 15€ les 4h) L’appartement se situe au niveau d’un boulevard assez passant que qui rend la place très bruyante. A part cela, très bon appartement pour une semaine entre amis, chambre spacieuses et lumineuse, grande douche, très bon coin cuisine. Très bon séjour"

"Un début de vacances très mal vécu avec une serrure à moitié cassé. Quelques bouteilles d’alcool à moitié entamées dans les placards. Très mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire qui répondais quand il voulait. Mais sinon les alentours sont beaux à visiter, il y’a de nombreux marché également."

"Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt, somit sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze gibt's genug in der Nähe der Wohnung. Diese sind von 9 bis 18 Uhr kostenpflichtig (!). Kosten für die gesamte Parkzeit 2 Euro. Auch wenn die Parkgebühr gering ist, sollte man sie ernst nehmen, sonst kann es teuer werden."

"A complete change from our normal rented, rustic property, with garage in the countryside, the apartment is in the St.Jean Quarter of Perpignan, nestling in the maze of ancient streets. Quiet and very secure, we were completely at home, with the option of cooking and eating "in", or indulging in dining out - the french option of "midday formules" proved very attractive. With a pavement restaurant outside the front door, it was susprising to find so many alternatives within a few 100 yards....

"A friend and I stayed at this picturesque location just north of the village of Vingrau for about a week. The owner, Claire, couldn't have been more helpful, sorting out our ineptitude with the washing machine and the oven with good humour. I arrived very late at night, and she had thoughtfully provided me with some food for breakfast, which was much appreciated.
